Use these channels for ArcGram-specific bugs, privacy questions, and security reports.
Keep credentials private. Never send a Telegram login code, two-step-verification password, recovery phrase, private key, or payment credential to support.
App bugs and feature reports
For reproducible ArcGram source or application problems, open an issue in the ArcGram GitHub repository. Remove phone numbers, chat content, API credentials, Firebase files, and other private information before attaching screenshots or logs.
Privacy and account questions
Email [email protected]. For deletion options, first read the account-deletion instructions.
Telegram service support
ArcGram cannot recover, ban, unban, or delete Telegram accounts and cannot change Telegram’s cloud service. For Telegram-service issues, use Telegram’s in-app support or visit the official Telegram support page.
Useful diagnostic details
When reporting an ArcGram issue, include only non-sensitive information needed to reproduce it:
- ArcGram version and build type;
- Android version and device model;
- clear reproduction steps and expected behavior;
- whether the issue occurs on Wi-Fi, mobile data, or both; and
- a redacted screenshot or log excerpt, if genuinely needed.
