Terms of Use
These terms cover the ArcGram app and this website. Telegram’s own terms separately govern the Telegram service.
1. Independent-client status
ArcGram is an independent Android application using the Telegram API and forming part of the Telegram ecosystem. It is not produced, endorsed, certified, or operated by Telegram. “Telegram” and its related marks belong to their respective owners.
2. Agreement and service terms
By using ArcGram, you agree to these terms and the ArcGram Privacy Policy. Use of the Telegram account, network, content, API-backed features, and cloud service is additionally subject to the Telegram Terms of Service, Telegram Privacy Policy, and other applicable Telegram rules.
3. Acceptable use
You must use ArcGram lawfully and must not use it to harm others, compromise accounts or systems, distribute malware, evade platform protections, violate intellectual-property rights, or breach Telegram’s rules. You are responsible for content you create, send, access, or distribute.
4. Accounts and security
Your Telegram account is provided by Telegram. You are responsible for controlling your phone number, devices, authentication codes, two-step verification, and active sessions. ArcGram support will never ask for your Telegram login code or two-step-verification password.
5. Third-party content and services
ArcGram can display or open content, bots, mini apps, websites, payment flows, and services supplied by Telegram users or third parties. Their operators are responsible for their content and practices. A link or integration does not imply ArcGram endorsement.
6. Software and source code
ArcGram incorporates open-source software. Source code is available at github.com/acceptthyself/arcgram under the licenses included with the source. These service terms do not replace or restrict rights granted by applicable open-source licenses.
7. Availability and changes
ArcGram may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the Android platform, Telegram API, security requirements, or third-party services evolve. Compatibility and uninterrupted availability are not guaranteed. Important security updates should be installed promptly.
8. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, ArcGram is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, error-free behavior, fitness for a particular purpose, or availability of any Telegram or third-party feature. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Ending use
You may stop using ArcGram, clear its local data, or uninstall it at any time. Those actions do not delete your Telegram account. Follow the account-deletion instructions if you intend to permanently delete the Telegram account.
